SFP-10G-SR

Crestron® SFP-10G series SFP+ Transceiver Modules are designed for use with DMF Series DigitalMedia™ SFP+ 4K Fiber Transmitters and Receivers and DMCF Series DigitalMedia SFP+ 4K Fiber Transmitter and Receiver Cards. A choice of modules is offered to support multimode or single-mode fiber types.

SFP-10G transceiver modules are normally sold as part of a packaged kit containing one SFP+ transceiver module and one DMF or DMCF device. They are also available individually to allow for replacement in the field. Refer to each DMF and DMCF product spec sheet for additional details.

Note: The -U suffix denotes an uplink transceiver and the -D suffix denotes a downlink transceiver. An uplink transceiver is typically installed at the transmitter and a downlink transceiver is installed at the receiver, although the inverse will work as well. However, it is not possible to connect an uplink to another uplink, or a downlink to another downlink.

Note: The maximum cable length for single-mode fiber is measured using ITU-T G.652.D fiber optic cable, Crestron model CRESFIBER8G-SM-P or equivalent.
