Crestron Fusion® on-premises software room scheduling integrates with many popular calendaring programs to improve the scheduling workflow and room usage for an enterprise. The SW-HS-3-P provides a three-year license to Crestron Fusion on-premises room scheduling functionality for one touch screen with three years of Software Maintenance Services.1 Licenses are billed up front at the time of order entry. Licenses can be requested once they are ready to be deployed via the Licensing and Registration Hub.

Crestron Fusion® on-premises software provides a room scheduling solution hosted on a local server. Crestron Fusion room scheduling integrates with many popular calendaring programs to improve the scheduling workflow and room usage for an enterprise. Connected room scheduling touch screens allow a room to be reserved on the spot for an ad hoc meeting. A room availability sign can also be paired to the touch screen, allowing for occupancy status to be reported instantly to the scheduling app for no‑shows and unscheduled room usage.

Crestron Fusion integrates directly with Microsoft Exchange Server® software (for users of Outlook® software and Microsoft 365® software), the Google Calendar™ calendaring app (including G Suite™ software), IBM® Notes® software, CollegeNET® 25Live® scheduling software, or Ad Astra® software.

SW-HS-P Series licenses provide Crestron Fusion on‑premises room scheduling software for one touch screen in a deployment.1,2 Licenses can be purchased per touch screen to maintain the Crestron Fusion room scheduling software for a one-year term, three-year term, or under a perpetual license.

1. This product is licensed under Crestron’s On Premises Software License and Maintenance Agreement, available at www.crestron.com/Legal/software-products-on-premises-and-cloudware. Software Maintenance Services are provided for a one (1)-year term for the SW-HS-1-P, three (3)-year term for the SW-HS-3-P, and three (3)-year term for the SW-HS-L-P starting from the date of Crestron's sale of the software. Software Maintenance Services may include periodic software updates made available at the sole discretion of Crestron, support resources, and technical resources.

2. The customer is responsible for maintaining their on-premises servers and backend infrastructure to ensure optimal health. The customer is also responsible for supporting and maintaining their own Crestron Fusion room scheduling deployment. Only supported touch screens can be interfaced with the room scheduling deployment.

3. The amount of required disk space may increase over time depending on the deployment.
